Question : Will I need an appointment to view your dresses?
Answer : Yes you will need to make an appointment to view our dresses. This is simply to provide you with the most personal one to one, experience possible. You will receive our undivided attention without interruption as you personally browse our wedding studio.
Question : How soon in advance do I need to order my gown?
Answer : Orders take approx 14/16 weeks, bridesmaids 10 weeks or we can place a rush order which will entail a surcharge.
Question : How much deposit will I have to pay when I place an order?
Answer : We will need a 50%deposit on all orders,the balance will be paid when the gown arrives in store.
Question : Do you have a monthly payment scheme?
Answer : No we do not have a monthly payment scheme.
Question : What do I need to bring for my fitting?
Answer : You will need your shoes or shoes that will be the same height, also you will need to bring your underwear that you will be wearing on the day as changes in bra will affect the final fit. Most styles of gown will not require a bra as they already have a system in place.
