The Couture process
Book a no obligation consultation at our Marion Road studio for a meeting with Andrew and Rob to discuss your dream gown.
Andrew will produce sketches for you and show you fabric samples. Together you will work through your ideas to design your dream gown.
Once you have decided on your design the team will get to work making a toile in cotton calico, so on your second visit to Creatiques Couture the toile will be fitted to you to ensure perfect measurements.
At this point Rob our in house jewellery designer will be more than happy to make an appointment with you to discuss your tiara and jewellery using the gown design to inspire the creation of your accessories to compliment and crown the overall stylish finish you want.
You can choose from hundreds of different types of crystal, glass and swarvoski beads and if necessary have beads hand dyed to match your colour theme, the choice is yours.
On your third visit to Creatiques your gown will be 70% complete including beadwork and embroidery.
At your final fitting your couture gown and jewellery will be ready for your collection.
Each gown takes between 10 and 16 weeks to create from the original sketch to the finished article; each gown is priced individually according to fabric costing and style.
